They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and providing alternatives plus processing our property insurance refund. Although they were losing part of our business, that did not make a difference in their service. We are locating out of the area and will still use them for our other insurance needs and will hopefully be able to reinsure our house with them in the future."
